Menu update from 8.x-1.11 to 8.x-1.13
It does not save changes to settings and corrections despite the message about the correct saving of changes.
After updating, it destroys the existing menu.
I am forced to go back to version 8.11

For me, this error occurs on all pages.
The update needs to be checked urgently!
