Client side validation on Two Email fields

I am using Drupal 9 and I want to use this module for applying client side validation on two email fields.
On registration page(user/register) I have two email fields Email and Re-Enter Email. I want to display validation error on re-enter email field if that field is not matching with the value of first email field.
Can we achieve this using hook_clientside_validation_validator_info_alter() if yes then how can we use this hook please revert.

If anyone tried this then please revert back.
