"Change marker position ?" string should be translatable

Problem/Motivation

The "Change marker position ?" string in geofield_map_widget.js is not translatable.

Steps to reproduce

Look for the string in /admin/config/regional/translate.

Proposed resolution

Drupal.t() should be called on the string.
