Display new results at top of list

Updated patch for to 6.0.x and 6.1.x. #3220097-4: New results don't appear in the top of results → failed to apply due to changes for CKEditor 5 readiness

Since this issue makes a subjective value judgment that new results *should* float to the top of the list, I think this should be recharacterized as a feature request, rather than a bug report. I can imagine that not everyone would want this behavior, so if it is implemented, it should be done so as a setting that can be opted into.
