Add support alongisde Brid.tv Video for Brid.tv Playlist as well.

See branch (dev).

Testing, refractoring, other improvement ideas.

Added new button for full playlist sync on the admin form.

Added Brid.tv PLaylist media provider, some optional configs for a media entity.
