CartTokenSubscriber not compatible with latest core (8.9.16)

Problem/Motivation

WSOD when used with Drupal >= 8.9.16

TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Drupal\commerce_cart_api\EventSubscriber\CartTokenSubscriber::onRequest() must be an instance of Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Event\RequestEvent, instance of Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Event\GetResponseEvent given in Drupal\commerce_cart_api\EventSubscriber\CartTokenSubscriber->onRequest() (line 75 of modules/contrib/commerce_cart_api/src/EventSubscriber/CartTokenSubscriber.php).

Steps to reproduce

Update to latest D8.9 version.
