How is this module different from transliterate_filenames ?

Just wondering, how this modules compares to the module Transliterate filenames for uploads → . Want to make sure that I install the correct one when I get started with this topic.

Both contrib modules are now obsolete and superseded by the new "opt-in" filename sanitization functionality added to Drupal core in version 10.2.
