Investigate adding Allowed Formats back in

Problem/Motivation

In Sector, we removed the Better Formats module in favor of Allowed Formats. All of our Add ons rely on Better Formats so we need to decouple that. Of course we also cannot assume that all sites that need Sector Events will have allowed formats so we also can't depend on that.

We need a hook_install that checks for the existence of Allowed Formats and sets up our body field to match the Sector default if so.
