Custom module config being imported

Problem/Motivation

Hello,

I have custom module with the settings for which I don't want to have overwritten on the import.

However, every time on the import it gets updated and overwritten. I have tried setting it with wildcard and with full name, it is still the same.
E.g "module_name.settings" or "module_name.*", still when I run drush cim I get "module_name.settings update"
