Webform plugin is missing the post method

Problem/Motivation

We have a problem when we saving the handler configuration. A message is displayed in drupal logs explaining that an index is undefined.

Steps to reproduce

Just create a handler for a webform and save it to get the error.

Proposed resolution

Code modification : add a index "method" with value.
