For some reason the tests fail in Drupal 9.2.x but pass in Drupal 9.1.x. This needs investigating.
Install Drupal 9.2.x and run tests, or use the test runner on drupal.org
Uncover the problem and fix it
It appears that the tests are failing as the menu block title isn't getting updated, it always reads Main nav instead of changing to the correct menu title. This is only happening within the tests though as manually installing the test module and checking the nodes confirms the menu block title is updating as is should.
