Problem/Motivation

Getting the following error after recent update of the lightning profile:
Call to a member function getItemDefinition() on null in /mnt/www/html/univeastlonddev/docroot/modules/contrib/lightning_media/src/Plugin/EntityBrowser/Widget/FileUpload.php on line 252 #0 [internal function]: Drupal\lightning_media\Plugin\EntityBrowser\Widget\FileUpload->isAllowedType(Object(Drupal\media\Entity\MediaType))

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to entity browser of the media image entity
Add new media item
Encounter the above reported error
