Make the class WebformEncryptSubmissionStorage compatible with WebformSubmissionStorage class of the webform module version 6

Make the class WebformEncryptSubmissionStorage compatible with WebformSubmissionStorage class of the webform module version 6.

Install the webform module version 6 and a fatal error will be thrown.

Delete the constructor and use the createinstance method to add extra services.
