Since the latest update to this theme, the primary tabs menu (e.g. View, Edit, Delete, etc on nodes) no longer collapses when viewing the page on a mobile device or zoomed on a desktop browser.
This had previously been working as expected - in the case of nodes, meaning that only the “View” menu item would initially be shown when viewing a node; and you would need to tap on the UI control to expand the menu to reveal all other menu items.
