Media display Table of files displays each file in separate table

Problem/Motivation

Each file is displayed in separate table, it doesn't make much sense. If we display multiple files in a table, it's probably desired to have one table.

Top table in attached screenshot is legacy file field. It displays multiple files in one table. Bottom tables are from media reference. Each file in separate table.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change media type display to table of files.
2. Change media type field settings to unlimited values.
3. Add media reference field to basic page.
4. Create some content and add multiple media.

Proposed resolution

Multiple files should be displayed in one table.
