Allow to invite existing users without email

Problem/Motivation

On some installs, we could have user without email address.
If site builder removes "Invitee Email" field from Group Content creation form, users can still create invitations, but will face an error (Unable to send mail & "Invitation sent to") when saving Invite form.

Steps to reproduce

1. Remove invitee email from Invitation Form Display
2. Invite existing user to Group

Proposed resolution

Check if invitee_mail exist & not empty, if not, don't try to send mail.
