Views, AT theme and AT tools

With a fresh install on D8 or D9.

Install D9
download AT theme
Download AT tools
Install Both
Create a sub_theme
Go to views (any view) and click on the "re-order" fields and the drag and drop is broken, only field weights are visible

If you remove your AT sub-theme or switch to another default theme (seven for example), clear caches (views and site) views drag and drop is fixed.
