Document how to use annotation within your theme

Problem/Motivation

I like the idea of this module a lot. The only thing I have my doubts about is having to include a yml file in a theme that wants to use this. Wouldn't it be possible to have some snippet of code in the theme's .theme file in order to enable the auto-discovery that works for modules out of the box? This may be completely infeasible, but I wanted to throw this out there none the less.
