Add static cache to datalayer_get_data_from_page() function

In our project we need to call datalayer_get_data_from_page() function in more than one place, and given that this function can be expensive when the project declares a huge a mount of datalayer information, we decided that it could be a good option to add static cache support to this function to increase the site performance.
