Orders not completing using module

Problem/Motivation

Hi guys, I've installed this module and the required dependencies on one of my sites but I can't get it to work. I've configured it with the same keys as the other Authorize.net payment module we have working without issue on the website but after going through the checkout and putting in CC details into the payment pop-up at check out I get a:

There was a problem with your order. Please try again.

Message. We've checked the logs, js console in the browser etc. and there is nothing that would explain whats happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated, we need to get this active for compliance reasons.

Steps to reproduce

1). Add product to cart
2). Go through checkout, select Authorize.net Accept.js as payment option
3). Input CC details in the payment pop-up
