Redirects don't work with trailing slash in source path

Problem/Motivation

Redirects don't work when redirect source path has a trailing slash

Steps to reproduce

1. Drupal version: 8.9.6 + PHP 7.3.27
2. Visit /admin/config/search/redirect/add
3. Type /redirect-url/ {note the trailing slash} in the Path
4. Submit after giving destination URL

Proposed resolution

• Either don't allow trailing slash or get it working
