Non-bibcite admins need to be able to use the DOI Lookup module
At present, bibcite admin permission is required by bibcite_crossref.routing.yml to access '/admin/content/bibcite/reference/lookup' however in my implementation non-admins need this functionality.
I have experimented on a dev site with changing line 14 of the file to read
_permission: 'create bibcite_reference'
and have not observed any problems with non-administrative users. Is there any non-obvious reason that the higher permission is required for DOI lookup?
