Use multiple visibility conditions in conjunction with request param

Problem/Motivation

It would be awesome if a block could be shown in the case where a param and a page visibility condition are used together.
Currently my block will only show when the param in on the URL but not when the path is in context.

I would like a block to show when param=myparam OR when path = /myactualpath
For example the block could be shown in 2 different cases.
When i add both conditions in the UI only the request param condition works.
