Editing a view produces 'Easy Breadcrumb could not determine the title to use' error

Problem/Motivation

Editing or looking at a view's edit page (/admin/structure/views/view/{view}) produces the error 'Easy Breadcrumb could not determine the title to use…'

Running drupal 9 & Easy Breadcrumb ^1.13

Steps to reproduce

1. With any view existing, go to the 'views' page
2. Select 'edit' on any view (or just hit 'refresh' while looking at edit)
3. Observe the admin recent log messages
