UI Issue with Longer Vocabulary Names

Problem/Motivation

I'm not sure if this UI works in other admin themes. I am using the module with Seven.

If a vocabulary has longer name like... `12345678 12345 123456 lastword`, the lastword is wrapped and displayed on top of the first term.

If a term with longer child term names is selected, the edit-taxonomy-manager fieldset expands so the vocabulary name is readable, but the longer term names extend beyond the fieldset border.

Steps to reproduce

1. Using Seven as an Admin theme, create a taxonomy term named `12345678 12345 123456 lastword`
2. Add a child term
3. Go to /admin/structure/taxonomy_manager/voc
4. Select the new, longer vocabulary

Proposed resolution

I'm not sure what the recommended approach for a more advanced UI like this in D8/9, but I'm happy to help improve this.
