H5P OER Hub integration for Drupal 8/9 module

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the D8 module of h5p does not integrate the OER Hub.

Steps to reproduce

Feature missing.

Proposed resolution

Build the feature. Note: OER Hub integration is available in der D7 version of the module. Probably it's easy to migrate.
