The following notice is shown in Watchdog whenever you view a Layout Builder edit form after enabling the module.
Notice: Undefined index: actions in layout_builder_save_and_edit_form_alter() (line 27 of /modules/contrib/layout_builder_save_and_edit/layout_builder_save_and_edit.module)
The module itself works great though, but I figured I'd add this issue for others seeing the same issue.
