If this is a major issue, this issue should be addressed by now.
When attempting to use this module in a D9.1.x environment with the Bootstrap4 theme, the burger icon is shown after adding the block via "Block Layout"; however nothing is shown attempting to expand the menu. In the console the following error is shown as well:
Uncaught DOMException: Document.querySelector: '' is not a valid selector
Sadly the module isn't usable due to this, so marking as Major for now.
