At this point I'm ending further support for the D7 version due to the coming EOL, but if another developer would like to reopen this, please do so.
The label of the add button is ignored, it takes the name of the content type instead.
Install plugin and add an "Add Button" to a views. Set the label for the add button, no matter what you write, it will take the name of the content type.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
