Exception InvalidDataTypeException errors after installation.

After installation, I lose access to the administrative area and I receive an error message: "Drupal \ Component \ Serialization \ Exception \ InvalidDataTypeException: /home/mysite/public_html/modules/country_state_field/country_state_field.permissions.yml: Duplicate key" add city " at line 58. in Drupal \ Core \ Discovery \ YamlDiscovery-> decode () (line 24 of core / lib / Drupal / Core / Discovery / YamlDiscovery.php). "
