Restrict Content Type access but show fields in Views

I'm using Drupal 9. I'd like to create a View of the access controlled content type that displays a Title, Image, Summary text and a link to the restricted node. The idea is that when an anonymous users or logged out user clicks to view restricted content, they should be redirected to the login page.

I've set my Views access to unrestricted and also tried setting the views access to Role based but it still doesn't show the Views content unless logged in with the correct user role.

Is this possible with this module to still show restricted content in a View?

This is a marginal case, so this feature will not be added to this already too complex module.

You should be able to implement it has a custom module, or by means of the workaround suggested by hexblot.
