Figure out what to do with "Substrate type"

It's been a while since I wrote this, and I can't remember exactly why I did.

I think it should probably work the same as it did in farm_mushroom → in 1.x. This allows users to filter Fungi assets by either their type or substrate.

There may have been some discussion around moving this reference to a new Inoculate log type (see ✨ New log type: Inoculate Closed: won't fix ), but I don't know if that makes sense. IMO each Fungi asset should be a single substrate. If it is used to inoculate something else, then a new Fungi asset should be created I think.
