Have a solution with this module set with plain text (the HTML field in settings not ticked).
It has worked perfectly but now when I receive a mail from the module it is included a lot of extra.
I have set my own fields for name, company, email, phone and message.
I have not changedanything, but Drupal and the module have been kept up to date.
I have tested in Mac Mail and on PC in Outlook with the same result.
This is how a typical mail looks like:

Swift Mailer module is abandoned now.
What kind of module do you use with Contact Emails module to sent email body as html?

It is a 3-year-old issue.
I cannot remember how I got it solved but we did something, so it was usable without Swift Mailer.
And the site is now on D10 and might soon be on D11.
