External libraries should be shipped as part of the theme

Problem/Motivation

Using this theme causes the browser to load external files:
* https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css
* https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Montserrat

This is an issue for European websites as requests to Google would require a consent first.

Please ship these files together with the theme. The referenced font files in Montserrat CSS should be added, too.
