(v 2.2) Fix differences in feature configs

Problem/Motivation

When migrating site from 2.1 to 2.2 we can see a lot of garbage and leftovers in features panel. We should get rid of those differences.

Proposed resolution

Create an additional update hook (not to disrupt current migration path). Fix the following issues by using yml diff files:

• Remove hidden fields that are no longer valid
• Update dependencies
• Update weights
• Update third_party_settings

The order of dependencies is not important, there is no point updating it.

The goal is to have cleaner feature list.
