When running the Drupal update.php process there is a Warning message, I believe attributable to Line 86 in the date/date_views/includes/date_views_fields.inc file.

With date installed and enabled, run the Drupal database update process '/update.php', then on the first page press 'Continue'.
The Warning message, and some Trace extracts are in the attached file.
Not known. I do not know whether the correct fix is to replace the 'continue' statement with 'break' or 'continue 2'.
