Fix credentials status messages to match the selected options

The Drupal status page incorrectly displays error "The credentials file is NOT configured correctly in S3FS. It must be set to an existing folder on the server, and the webserver must have read permissions on that folder" in case s3fs is configured with "Use EC2 Instance Profile Credentials". When using that option there is no need for a credentials file.

This regression was introduced in the recent commit 95709e5 that changed s3fs.install. An additional condition around line 116 that checks if the EC2 Instance Profile option has been selected would fix this issue. If no one else wants to fix it, I will submit a patch.
