[PP-1] Can't add non-URL redirect URI on client config form

Problem/Motivation

Because UriWidget uses the url form element and it only validates URLs, URIs (e.g,, for a native app) can't be added as redirect URIs on the client config. See 🐛 Not all URIs are URLs, but UriWidget won't accept non-URL URIs Needs work .

Steps to reproduce

Try to add a URI, e.g., my.awesome.app:/oauthredirect

Proposed resolution

Do an alter or provide a custom widget or... something to accept URI-references in addition to URLs.
