Constructor type error when enable webprofiler module

Problem/Motivation

When Devel's webprofiler module is enabled, the following error occurs:
TypeError: Argument 4 passed to Drupal\events_logging\Logger::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityTypeManager, instance of Drupal\webprofiler\Entity\EntityManagerWrapper given

Proposed resolution

Change __construct function fourth argument to use EntityTypeManagerInterface instead of EntityTypeManager
