Version 7.2.35 isn't working with php 5.3

Let's check how many PHP 5.3 problems are there.

Forgot one array.

Adding another PHP 5.3 incompatibility.

There was only a few problems, so I think we are good to change these to have PHP 5.3 compatibility restored. I do not think we should drop it intentionally, unless D7 core is incompatible by itself.

Committed the latest patch, which is green on PHP 5.3. Thanks all!
