Drupal core provides support for defining breakpoints, and exposing them to things like responsive images.
I wanted to see what people thought about this, or see how you are interacting with breakpoints on your sites.
Ship radix base theme with a Breakpoint yml file that matches up with bootstraps breakpoints, or generates one on webpack build from the grid defined in the sass files.
