This patch is good to go.
Having recently updated to PHP7.4 we are getting the following warning on all pages "Deprecated: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in /code/sites/all/modules/contrib/user_import/user_import.import.inc on line 286 Deprecated: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in /code/sites/all/modules/contrib/user_import/user_import.import.inc on line 292".
