Probably.. I think the biggest problem is that the new generation of Drupal developers doesn't understand what RTBC means, and it is easy to create issues and submit patches, but doing the extra "I use this and it works!" is a step too far. Unless of course it is for something trivial where the credit harvesting has similar rewards for 1% of the work.

But definitively thanks for moving this from "Needs review" to "Fixed"!!
