Glad I read this after wondering why I too had this same problem. Please implement the toolbar or remove the picture so people aren't wasting time trying to fix something that isn't broken.

Amazing module, very needed! But unfortunately, I can't get it to work =(
Running Drupal 9. Got the module with Composer, so the dependencies should be clear. But still it doesn't seem to work. Screenshot is attached.
(I have Claro admin theme enabled, but it's the same on a regular theme, I checked)
How shall I go about it?
