Push to another instance

Problem/Motivation

Hello. I tried to read documentation, issues and presentation from DrupalCon regarding this the "push form", but I am confused, because in the docs it is stated, that push is not possible, but in DrupalCon presentation it is stated that push is also possible, but in experimental branch. I could not find it anywhere.

What we are trying to do is "centralized editorial system" for our localized websites. We want to create master drupal instance where we could prepare content and then push it to one or more instances. I know that pulling from master is much easier task (I tested it and it works great), but we would like to do as little work on instances as possible and do all the managing from the master Drupal instance.
