Entities inside content hub should be pruned if the related origin no longer exists

Problem/Motivation

It seems that when you disconnect a publisher site from the content hub, the entities previously exported from this site origin still exists in the Content hub, then when you connect this site again to the content hub, the origin id changes, but due to the entities previously exported from this site are tied to the old/invalid origin id, the entities updates from this site can not be exported anymore.
