Use label instead of key in paragraph summary for List (text) fields

Problem/Motivation

Paragraph summary is showing the key for a List (text) field (list_string field type) instead of the label. This can be rather puzzling or even meaningless for the user. The label of the List (text) field is for output against the user and imho should be used in paragraph summary as well.

Steps to reproduce

Use a List (text) field in a paragraph with key|label settings and look at the paragraph summary. The key will be shown.
