Add a way to reuse the API key on multiple instances of the block

Problem/Motivation

When using this block in multiple places on the same website, the Mailjet API key has to be entered each time.
And if the key changes, we have to change it everywhere.

Proposed resolution

The module could provide a setting page that allows setting the API key once for every instance of the block.
