I do not know if it is a issue or if there is something about the configuration that I do not understand or handle it properly.
The way to cite a PRINT article in a newspaper according to the APA standard is:
Author, A. (Year, Month Date of Publication). Article title. Newspaper Title, pp. xx-xx.
Example: Rosenberg, G. (1997, March 31). Electronic discovery proves an effective legal weapon. The New York Times, pp. 5-6.
And if the article is ONLINE:
Author, A. (Year, Month Date of Publication). Article title. Newspaper Title, retrieved from newspaper homepage URL
Example: Rosenberg, G. (1997, March 31). Electronic discovery proves an effective legal weapon. The New York Times, retrieved from http://www.nytimes.com
When I use newspaper_article (or web_article, magazine_article, journal_article) I got in APA results:
Author, A. (Year). Article title. Newspaper Title, pp. xx-xx.
He does not write the month and the day, only the year. Of course the exact date of publication is very important in this type of bibliographic citations.
I have tried to make modifications in
/admin/config/bibcite/settings/csl_style
(Administration >> Configuration >> Processing >> CSL styles) but I have not succeeded.
I have tried
/admin/config/bibcite/settings/csl_style
Then press button Insert style from file, select a CSL style file in Spanish (becausse I need the date in this format: "31 de marzo de 1997"), set label for it and save.
After it I select this style on the /admin/config/bibcite
page and save new configuration.
I have tried to make modifications in the new CS but I have not succeeded. After the author and the initial of the name, just put the year in parentheses: Rosenberg, G. (1997)...
Thanks for the help.
