Updated patch for use with '3.0.5' module version. Also applied some coding standards improvements.
The 'HTML5 Video Player' formatter works great but does not have the option to add a poster attribute. The poster attribute is used as a fallback option during loading / before playing the video.
Adding an extra settings option to the formatter settings will resolve the issue in many cases. The proposed solution is to add an extra settings option where the user can select an image field or provide a hard coded URL.
